Moon Lounge is now fully licensed
Moon Lounge, our cocktail bar project, has now received its full Premises Licence.
What the licence means
A Premises Licence is the legal permission a venue needs to sell alcohol and provide late-night refreshment. Securing it is the single biggest regulatory step in opening a bar, and it means the venue is cleared to serve once the fit-out is complete.
Where we are now
We are putting the finishing touches together and can't wait to welcome you. An opening date announcement is coming very soon - we are not taking bookings yet.
What to expect
Moon Lounge will pour the AK Distillery range as it was meant to be served: our Great Taste 2026 2-star White Chocolate Moonshine, the flavoured range, and cocktails built around Polish-style moonshine rather than around it.
