The Story
Ground pistachios steeped slow and filtered clean. A buttery, gelato style infusion that has become one of our quiet cult favourites.
Soft, nutty and gelato styled, yet built as a refined infusion rather than a liqueur. There is no cream, no thickener and no syrupy heaviness. Naturally dairy free, gluten free and vegan friendly, with a strikingly light pour.

What it tastes like.
Creamy, lightly sweet, nutty with a soft floral edge. Roasted pistachio, marzipan, almond blossom. Silky smooth finish.

Three ways to pour it.
Pistachio martini
50ml Pistachio · 15ml white chocolate liqueur · 10ml double cream · shake hard, strain, rim with crushed pistachio.
Over crushed ice
Pistachio long, crushed ice, splash of soda, mint sprig.
Gelato float
Pour 30ml Pistachio over a scoop of pistachio gelato.
